Older and antique furniture can last for years and become much loved pieces. When the inside webbing, springs and stuffing are sound a simple recover is sufficient to bring them up to date. Sometimes, when the original upholstery has deteriorated, stripping back to the frame is necessary. Using traditional upholstery techniques can be time consuming but it is worth it when you see your family heirloom brought back to life and ready to last for future generations.
